We are back again with another dose of culture content and on today's episode, our very own Jay Doran is bringing part two of a discussion he started earlier in the week based on the subject of "fun" culture being a productivity killer.  After a brief summary of part one, Jay digs into the role that trust in the institution plays when it comes to taking risks to accomplish goals, all of the things one can obtain outside of monetary gain when one is bought into the institution they are a part of, and how a company's narrative should be secondary when it comes to creating value  for the customer.  We hope you enjoy this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
